Intuitive Support has been supporting financial advice firms with their administration requirements since 2014, delivered today by a team of 25 experienced administrators supporting advice firms across the UK.
We understand that both continuity and professionalism are important to you, which is why you’ll be supported by a single dedicated administrator on an ongoing basis. Your dedicated administrator will take the time to learn about your business, your specific requirements, and your internal processes. They’ll work using your licences and the access rights that you provide, much like any remote member of your own team.
Our Experience
Every member of our team has substantial Financial Services industry experience, along with a strong understanding of products, compliance, regulation and data protection.
We’re proud to have 23 staff members with more than 10 years’ industry experience, providing reassurance that your business is supported by knowledgeable and experienced professionals.
We have access to a wide range of tools that help us work efficiently and productively, and we’re committed to continuously developing our skills. If we need to learn a new back-office system or investment platform in order to support you, we’ll do so in our own time.

Flexible Contract
Our pay-as-you-go service means you benefit from a flexible arrangement with no minimum usage requirement — our customers stay with us because they value the quality of what we do.
Your administrator will reserve time for your work based on your average usage, but you’ll only ever be billed for the time actually used. Each week, you’ll receive a summary outlining the work completed on your behalf.
Our dedicated support service is designed for firms that require regular, ongoing assistance rather than ad-hoc or occasional support.Â
