All of our administrators have a Financial Services background, and our PSS Team have extensive experience with the SJP systems and processes. Partners are looked after by a single dedicated administrator, on an ongoing basis.
Do we know it all? Absolutely not, we doubt anyone does, and there is always much to learn. However, any generic training required is carried out at our own expense, and in our own time.

LOA Submission Guide
We maintain an extensive database of the current LOA submission requirements for all the main product providers, along with contact details for many specific departments. We audit the data fully on a regular basis, and it can help to ensure that your LOAs reach the right department first time, and minimise unnecessary rejections.

What Can’t We Do?
Much of what we do supports the paraplanning role, for example, data gathering and creating illustrations. However, we are not paraplanners, and this is not what we are trained to do. We are not able to create your suitability reports, drawdown letters, nor perform calculations. We can recommend some excellent outsourced paraplanning firms, should you need one.
Furthermore we cannot train your own staff or contractors, this is not our role. Please do not ask us to do this.
And lastly, we cannot make coffee for your clients, as much as we would like to. [/expand]
